Based on the type of power you have, you need different kinds of contact lenses. Broadly, there are three categories of contact lenses based on vision type:

• Spherical Lenses
  For Myopia & Hypermetropia

  Trouble seeing objects at a distance, or blurred vision when seeing nearby objects.

• Toric Lenses
  For Astigmatism

  A result of the cornea or the internal eye lens not being perfectly spherical.

• Multifocal Lenses
  For Presbyopia

  Blurred vision for nearby objects or while reading. Usually occurs after a certain age (40+).
