Visited Lawrence & Mayo today to get customized shades and had a great experience. The staff were professional and very helpful. Mr. Sunil assisted me with the eye test and helped me choose the right pair by clearly explaining the options. Mr. Naresh helped with customization and billing. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
