I am a first time spect user and visited Lawrence and mayo at T.Nagar . The service at here is fabulous. Farzana , optometrist is very friendly and shown me different frames and lens and explained with more patience. Since I’m first time for it , I asked many silly questions too.. she also helped me to pick the frame that suit me the best , even I was not focused much on that . Also the explanation given is really good on how to use a progressive lens .

I strongly recommend Lawrence and mayo , more than that will recommend Farzana for the wonderful service. Thankyou

Buyer beware: We have been a repeat customer for years but will no longer patronize this location. They cheated us by pushing upselling to a point where they straight up LIED.

The optician told me that "for your face the normal lens will not work so we need to place a special order". When I asked for more information he said that my face cut was different and a normal lens would not work. WTH. I was in a rush and did not have time to debate this silly assertion, and ended up paying extra.

If you are an NRI visiting India and hoping to get a good experience here, know that they are waiting for you to take advantage of you.

Buyer beware: Find yourself any other place in town that will not upsell via lies and misinformation.

Eye testing procedure in Lawrence and Mayo, T Nagar is excellent and Ms Farzana Begam, optometrist is a very good, qualified, service oriented and attending to clients, talents are very good.
