I had been a Lenskart customer for the last 8 years and I switched out because of their poor quality of lenses, false claims about their lenses and poor service. I was on a month long search for a better provider and I had visited multiple eye hospitals and optometrists in this time. I came across Lawrence and Mayo showroom by accident. But I had a wonderful experience here, largely thanks to the exemplary support provided by Rohin. The eye examination process is easily the best I’ve encountered; they utilize advanced Automated Vision testers, and Rohin took the time to conduct multiple tests to ensure my prescription was perfect.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail—even after selecting my frames, they performed additional measurements to locate the precise optical center for the lenses. Delivery was fast (3 days), and they even conducted a follow-up vision test upon collection to ensure everything was right.

The level of profesisonlism and clinical precision at Lawrence and Mayo is on a different level compared to all other options I have tried. They guide you on all the available options and suggest the best ones given your usage, but never force you to buy any specific lens or frames. Most importantly, they never make any false claims.

Lawrence & Mayo are an extremely professional optometrist store, with branches across India. They have world class professional optometrists, world class service, top designer frames, the absolute best lense (Zeiss, Nikon...) and very competitive pricing. They were able to fit me perfect vision results (which isn't easy with my sight problems), have the glasses delivered in a very short time, with a certificate from the lens company of authenticity, and even after followed up to check if adjustments are required.
For people from Europe or North America like me, they beat almost any place in those countries in terms of professionalism, service and quality at a fraction of the cost. So if you are in India, they will get you perfect stylish glasses delivered to you in days.
