Exceptional kindness and service!

My Mother was unable to walk and had lost her spectacles. I contacted many optical stores for a home eye test, but only Lawrance & Mayo kindly accepted our request. Umesh and Antony travelled more than 25 km and did the full eye test at home - with zero cost. I have never seen such kindness, patience, and genuine care before. Truly grateful for their help and support.

Highly recommend them for their compassion and professionalism!

The eye tests were done systematically - for myopia, colour blindness etc and lenses were prescribed. Sivaranjani was extremely helpful - she's a resourceful person who patiently explains everything and helps you choose the lenses that fit your personal and work choices. I would greatly recommend this L&M branch to everyone.

Needed an emergency repair to my spectacles while on holiday in Pondicherry. Tried a number of opticians who were unable or unwilling to help and then, thankfully, happened across L&M who carried out a repair within minutes and also provided a complimentary deep clean. Amazing service by courteous and accommodating staff who proudly explained the long history of their business. Highly recommended!
