This branch of L&M should be the way you operate a business - efficient, courteous and professional. I was especially impressed with the optician Ms Subhasmita at the branch, she was thorough and empathetic and ensured I got my eyes tested accurately. No one tried to do any hard upsell while still giving me all the options I could have had. A+ experience, highly recommended.

Though it was my firsf visit, I felt cared for and the service by all persons was professional and personable. It was an excellent experience. Very comfortable & polite Opthalmologist Ma'm, explained everything in depth about the procedure and what to do after. Power prescription was accurate & so the quality of glasses also. Had a fantastic experience at Mayo and Lawrence! The optician was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and slowly—which I really appreciated. I actually learned a lot during my visit! They walked me through the different lens indexes, types of sunglasses (including transition lenses, filter shades, and the more advanced molecular transition ones—though those come with a price tag!), and tint options.

Overall, it was informative, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend if you want expert advice without the usual rush or pressure.
