EOSS Implementation Details

• Offer Structure & Discount Applicability: The End of Season Sale (EOSS) discount of either 15% or 25% applies directly to the retail price of optical frames from select stock and collections only. This promotion applies strictly to optical frames and explicitly excludes sunglasses, lenses, contact lenses, and other categories. Eligible products are explicitly marked on the Website with the promotional tag “EOSS: [X]% off” (where [X] represents the applicable 15% or 25% discount). Products without this tag are not included in the sale. You cannot apply this discount to past orders, combine it with other promo codes, or use it on non-sale items.
• Product Imagery & Visual Representation: Product images displayed on the Website during the End of Season Sale (EOSS) campaign are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products delivered may vary slightly in physical appearance, colour tone, outer packaging, or cosmetic condition from the images displayed online.
• Availability & Campaign Duration: Products offered under the EOSS campaign are available for a limited period only and strictly while stocks last. Product availability, promotional pricing, and campaign terms are subject to change or withdrawal at the Company’s sole discretion without prior notice.
• Product Condition & End-of-Season Inventory: Certain items featured in the EOSS campaign represent end-of-season inventory. Select units may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to light surface marks, packaging scratches, or non-functional aesthetic variations.
• Cosmetic Variations vs. Defects: Where a product exhibits a cosmetic variation that does not impact its structural integrity, optical accuracy, or intended functional performance, such product remains eligible for sale under EOSS and shall not be classified or treated as a manufacturing defect or product damage.
• Returns on EOSS Items: EOSS products remain subject to our standard 10-day Return Policy, provided the item is returned in the same condition as dispatched. Minor cosmetic variations inherent to EOSS items as described in these terms shall not qualify as a product defect or damage for return claims. Returns for EOSS items will only be accepted if the item exhibits post-delivery transit damage, a structural defect, or if an incorrect model was delivered.
